Using SIA trained and accredited personnel, we ensure sites are suitably covered in terms of security and security management to minimise risk.
Our bespoke management software can track security officers, monitor and track site tours and give and receive live feedback and reporting from site. Our system is also able to monitor security office welfare and alert our monitoring centre should an incident occurs that may require additional attendance from Entire Facilities Management or indeed the police.
Ivytencity is able to survey and ensure your site is suitable secure. Site specific training is provided and we can also ensure suitable procedures are in place for events such as fire, floor, vandalism, intruders and trespassing, terrorisum or bomb alerts for example.
Ivytencity is able to place the right security officer(s) to your site, supply uniform, telephone and communication equipment, tracking software and PPE as well as another other job specific equipment.

Mobile Patrols
Our mobile patrol service is ideal for large sites and irregular shift patterns. It is flexible to holiday/closure periods, or on demand to suit your needs. The mobile patrol vehicle and security officer serve as effective visible deterrents against crime. A uniformed officer in a marked patrol vehicle visits your premises.
Open & Lock up
An officer will attend prior to the closure of your premises. They will carry out a full security check ensuring all doors are locked, windows are secured and taps and lights are turned off. The officer can check and monitor sensitive or critical equipment if needed. They will record their activities in a log book, including any unusual occurrences and any areas within you site that may need attention.
The officer then sets the alarm prior to locking up the main exit doors and vacating the premises.
Security Guards
Our security guards protect buildings against intruders or damage. They also help keep order at events or bars.
